Payment Methods
The SDK supports the following contactless payment types:
- Contactless Cards: Physical Credit and Debit cards.
- Mobile Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other NFC-enabled wallets.
Transaction Flow
Initiate Transaction
Select CARD as your payment interface, this activates NFC antenna and opens a compliant waiting dialog. To get more details, refer to the SDK Integration.
Customer Taps the Card
The customer is asked to tap the card to the mobile device. The SDK facilitates all communication with the card or mobile wallet chip.
PIN Verification
If customer's bank requests PIN verification, a PIN entry dialog is opened. Customer must enter the PIN on the mobile device. The PIN pad uses graphical features to protect against PIN compromise.
Transaction Finished
After confirming the transaction with the card issuing bank, the transaction is issued. Transaction must be approved or declined within 30 seconds.
Money Flow
Money is moved through the processing network following card association rules. The settlement takes usually 2-3 days but can be higher for international card payments.

Security
Tapaya enforces highest security standards in all parts of the payment process to protect cardholder data. Card communication protocol is validated against card associations' L2 and L3 test suites. Tapaya Accept SDK complies with PCI standards.
